ACA Staff

• Each instructor is personally interviewed to evaluate talent as well as a heart for teaching.

• Each instructor is mentored to serve the cheerleaders – in and out of class.

• Our staff is trained and guided through a pre-camp workweek.

• Staff is trained on group dynamics.  They know how to effectively teach one-on-one, as well as large groups of cheerleaders.

Administration

• The instructional side of camp is run by the ACA Head Instructor, the Leadership Instructor, and the Coach Instructor.
• Coaches are in for a special treat! Lance Wagers, ACA President, does all or a portion of every coach’s clinic at every ACA camp!
• ACA camps are managed by Varsity camp management staff. They take care of registration, dorms, injuries, etc. The camp management staff is professionally trained and safety certified.

One-on-One Coaching

• ACA has taken private coaching to a new level!
• We offer 45 minutes of coaching with one ACA instructor at your beck and call.

Leadership Training

• ACA leadership is one of a kind! Sessions full of experience take your cheerleaders to a new level of thinking about leadership. It is a meaningful time full of results.
• Coaches see a difference in their cheerleaders by the end of camp!

Private Camps

• These are for squads who are unable to attend an ACA residential camp. No matter where you live, ACA can help.
• Receive the same instruction as a residential camp. Even the leadership program!
• Call for pricing and to book your camp.

Camp Awards
We make sure the teams who work really, really hard are recognized for their effort.  So for every area of training given at an ACA camp, we deliver an award to help your squad feel their accomplishment. Whether it is a traditional spirit stick for a long day of staying fired-up, or the Rock Award which recognizes teams who are growing together, we let teams know when they have achieved something great! ACA camps love their kids, and wants them to know it!

Camp Facilities
Our campers love the college atmosphere we provide during the summer. Most of our camps take place at major universities, with high quality eating and sleeping amenities. Each multi-million dollar facility offers the latest in modern living, comfort, and security. We want your squad to be able to focus on the task at hand, not suffering from a bad night's sleep or cramped quarters. ACA camps understand your squads needs, and eagerly wants to not just meet them, but exceed them.

Camp Security
A buddy system is always in place. We also take pride in the secure environment in which our camps take place. Well lit, high traffic areas are important to help cheerleaders of every age feel safe and secure. ACA camps work hard to bring you exciting environments that are sound as well.
